Booth Rental Fee: $1500
A limited number of Exhibitor-Sponsors will participate.
Agreement and payment forms are due by February 1, 2020.
Sponsor-Presenter Fee: $500
In addition to exhibiting at the conference, several Exhibitors will participate as a co-speaker in one of 2 breakout sessions entitled Technology in the Clinic. Exhibitors will provide information on using their product in various settings to support students with disabilities. Exhibitors will provide hands on experience for participants and have trial versions available for attendees and product available for immediate purchase/order.
Booth Rental Fee includes one 8’ x 10’ draped booth with one 6’ x 30” table, one chair. Fee also entitles one person (the On-Site Representative) credentials to attend all conference events. Additional persons may be credentialed for the Symposium Conference Center exhibit area only for $250 each or are welcome to register as Conference Attendees (rate TBD and shared after December 1, 2020) and attend all events for the Attendee rate minus the $250 Additional Representative rate already that may have already been paid.
Exhibitor is welcome to use their company marketing banner flanking the assigned booth. If additional furniture or services (electrical, internet, etc.) are needed, Exhibitor will plan with the Santa Rosa, Hyant Regency Hotel. Additional costs incurred by an exhibitor are the exhibitor’s sole responsibility.
